Star Wars – The Book of Boba Fett: Boba Fett reigns supreme in the new Disney + series teaser

A year after the success of Season 2 of The Mandalorian, and after a promising first season for the animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch, Disney + is about to welcome its new series based on the universe created by George Lucas: The Boba Fett Book.

A few weeks ago, the series, which takes place after the events of Season 2 of The Mandalorian, offered its first trailer. The greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy, far, far away, deserved respect, taking over Jabba Le Hutt's former Crime Empire.

On the occasion of the San Diego Comic Con, Lucasfilm unveiled a new teaser, thirty seconds long. Almost silent, this teaser is promising. In addition to some magnificent photos, we can see there a chase scene on the roofs of Tatooine, as well as an underworld rally led by Boba Fett.

Without a doubt, Disney has a lot of ambition with this six-episode miniseries. In fact, not content with being the spin-off of one of its main series (The Mandalorian), The Book of Boba Fett has as its main character one of the most beloved characters of Star Wars fans. On the other hand, Lucasfilm should show that the adventures of Din Djarin and Grogu weren't just an enchanted parenthesis, and prove that the Disney+ series has the potential that fans are projecting.

Also note that the series is partially directed by Robert Rodriguez. Already working on an episode of The Mandalorian (the return episode of Boba Fett), the director is known for his mastery of action scenes. Quentin Tarantino's friend, we owe him, among other things, the films Sin City, Planet Terror and Alita: Battle Angel. Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, executive producers of the series and hosts of The Mandalorian, also directed an episode. That promises!
