Brand launches first smartphone with hidden camera behind the display

ZTE Mobile President Ni Fei revealed a teaser image showing the front of the Axon 20 5G smartphone - the first device in the world to have a selfie camera directly behind the screen.
It is known that the new product has a 6.92 inch Full HD + OLED screen with a resolution of 2460 × 1080 pixels. As you can see in the teaser, this panel is framed by prominent bezels on all sides. On the right side, there are three physical control buttons.
Sub-screen camera resolution - 32 million pixels; the developer promises high quality photos. The main camera will receive a four component design in a 64 + 8 + 2 + 2 million pixel configuration
Other equipment expected are the following: Snapdragon 765G processor with 5G modem, up to 12 GB of RAM, pen drive with a capacity of up to 256 GB, rechargeable battery with a capacity of 4120 mAh.



The official presentation of the Axon 20 5G will take place in about two weeks - September 1st. The device will ship with the Android 10 operating system. No pricing information is available yet.
