Cstore, an Apple mono-brand store in the Apple Premium Reseller format, and the DamProdam service announced the launch in Russia of a remote exchange service for old Apple equipment with a new one.
We are talking about an exchange program that works in an online format. Now, on the Cstore website, you can independently calculate the cost of old devices using an online calculator and then call a service specialist for free to evaluate and receive equipment.
The time between the application on the website and the completion of the transaction itself takes just 90 minutes. After the actual delivery of the device, the customer receives an electronic certificate for the purchase of the equipment, which can be used in all Cstore retail stores
So far, the new service is provided only in Moscow and St. Petersburg: you can return any model of the iPhone smartphone and iPad tablet. In the future, the online exchange service will be expanded to Apple Watch, MacBook, Apple AirPods, Apple TV, iMac, mice and keyboards. The certificate is valid for 365 days.
