A conta do Presidente dos Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, no Twitter, em um telefone celular em Vaasa, Finlândia, em 29 de maio de 2020White House Challenges Twitter to re-publish Trump's hidden tweet

The official White House Twitter account published this Friday (29) a message from President Donald Trump about the protests in Minneapolis, reported on Twitter as"apology to violence".
Twitter even hid the post from the @WhiteHouse account, but allowed it to be accessed due to"public interest".
The clash marked a new escalation in the clash between the social network and Trump, which has more than 80 million followers and uses tweets daily to announce policies, attack their opponents and comment on the latest news.
The American president signed a decree on Thursday aimed at limiting the freedom of social networks to decide on their content.
A few hours later, he tweeted a message about the violent protests in Minneapolis after the death of a black man, George Floyd, arrested by white police officers.
The protests left hundreds of damaged businesses and a police station on fire.
"These bandits are dishonoring the memory of George Floyd, and I will not let that happen. I just spoke to Governor Tim Walz and told him that the army is completely at your disposal. In the face of any difficulty, we will take control, but when the looting begins, the shooting will begin. Thank you! "tweeted the president.
Twitter responded quickly, concealing the post with the following message :" this tweet violated Twitter's rules on apologizing for violence."
However, Twitter determined that it would be in the public interest for the post to remain visible."
Trump's tweet can be seen when clicked on the post.
The social network did the same on Friday morning with the White House tweet.
One of the president's close advisers, Dan Scavino, particularly concerned about the media strategy, advanced in attacks on social networks.
"Twitter just tells lies, more and more people are starting to realize that," he tweeted.
Trump accuses Twitter of making "editorial decisions" and showing "political activism" in choosing the messages he decides to send for verification.
On Tuesday, Twitter, often accused of being negligent in dealing with comments made by rulers, posted two messages from Trump, adding the mention: "check the information."
There were two tweets in which the president declared that the vote by mail was necessarily "fraudulent" because it was subject to manipulation.
The issue is particularly sensitive in an election year interrupted by the coronavirus pandemic and that raises questions about how the US presidential election on November 3, in which Trump seeks re-election, will be organized.
"These tweets contain potentially misleading information about the voting process and have been reported," a Twitter spokesman said at the time.
