A new leak fills in even more detail on 2020's iPhones

The next generation of iPhones - thought to be called the 12 series - have been leaked extensively already. A new leak from Ross Young of the DisplaySupplyChain tips site now claims to fill in some of the remaining blanks. They include the resolutions and sources of their respective displays.
Apple is currently rumored to have 4 new iPhone variants to launch in (probably) late 2020. The leaks site DisplaySupplyChain now purports to put the final nails in the coffin of any mystique surrounding their launch. At this point, they consist of display vendors and resolutions per model.
Accordingly, this new post claims that the base iPhone 12 - which may have an OLED display with a diagonal length of 5.4 inches - will get its panels from Samsung, rather than BOE as reported previously.
Furthermore, it will have the youm on-cell technology (Y-OCT) that allows for the integration of a touch-responsive layer into the rest of a given display and, thus, save on save within a phone. The resulting iPhone 12 screen is now rumored to have a resolution of 2340 x 1080.
This phone is also thought to start at 4GB of RAM, the A14 processor and dual rear cameras. The 12 Max may be a 6.1-inch version of this phone, and is now said to have a 2532 x 1170 OLED display, which will come from either BOE or LG in real-world units.
The 12 Pro is also described as a 6.1-inch FHD device, but diverges from the Max considerably. Ross Young mentions 10-bit color in relation to this variant, as well as other top-end attributes such as 1600 nits of peak brightness, 1 million-to-1 contrast, and nearly the whole of the P3 color gamut.
This potential iPhone is also now said to support extreme dynamic range (XDR), as well as the expected 120Hz refresh rate. This, apparently, will mean that its Samsung-sourced panel may need quite some optimizations in order to deliver all these specs.
There may also be a 12 Pro Max, which, according to Young, will have a 6.68-inch 2778 x 1284 display. It too is now projected to pack XDR and 10-bit color. Oddly, this leak stipulates that all the new variants are destined for flexible panels, suggesting curved-edge screens, whereas other up-to-date reports assert that this upcoming line of Apple phones will have iPad Pro-like flat screens.
