SHIELD TV Pro is likely to launch alongside its new 4K dongle sibling

Recently, Amazon may have accidentally spoiled the launch of the NVIDIA SHIELD TV Pro, an upcoming update to the 2017 streaming machine. A new leak indicates that the OEM has indeed prepared a 4K HDR streaming stick as well as the usual full-scale box. It apparently has 8GB of RAM, whereas the SHIELD TV Pro has 16.
Earlier this year, some leaks pointed to a new addition to NVIDIA's SHIELD TV line-up: a streaming stick, possibly intended as a new entrant to the market for products such as the Amazon Fire TV 4K dongle. Now, these rumors appear to have been confirmed. Live images of just such a new device in official-looking retail packaging have been posted by users Bubba_Nosferatu and Natrix1973 on Reddit and AVSForum respectively.

Both leakers claim to have seen this new "NVIDIA SHIELD TV 4K HDR streaming media player" on shelves at Best Buy - furthermore, the latter has even indicated they were able to purchase it, alongside the upcoming NVIDIA SHIELD TV Pro. This full-scale set-top box has also recently been spoiled on the part of Amazon.
These fresh spoilers also include clear shots of the Pro variant's own original packaging from various angles. They confirm the specs accidentally spilled by Amazon earlier. As for the NVIDIA SHIELD 4K TV streaming stick, its own leaked photos are less clear on this point. However, its shelf insert indicates that it is an 8GB device, whereas the Pro has twice this amount of RAM.
According to these images, we may also now know the starting price for both new products: US$149.99 for the new 4K stick and $199.99 for the SHIELD TV Pro. According to a new tweet from the brand's official account, they are slated for launch on October 28, 2019.
