Google Translate is the travel partner you did not know you needed
If you like to travel and still do not use Google Translate, you'll probably want to add this app to the selection available on your smartphone. A recent update has increased to 88 languages that camera functionality is capable of translating.
This feature allows users to point the camera on their smartphone to (for example) a poster and see the translation to appear on the screen. Yes, it's that simple.
The Next Web says that Translate is now able to recognize 88 languages and translate them into more than 100 different languages.
The update also introduces the ability to upload more languages to the smartphone (enabling offline translations) and a faster translation process that, says Google, can reduce errors by 55-85%. Miguel Dias
