Steam Link app preview
The app that streamed games to the smartphone

The app took almost a year to reach the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV despite promises, but is now available for free download, but only for those who are over 17 years.
With Steam Link it is possible to transmit games to your smartphone, in a connection to the computer, allowing you to play on the phone's screen. You can also connect the external controller via Bluetooth for more precision in the commands.
Tests show that even mid-range equipment performs well on Android and iOS, but it's important to have a stable Wi-Fi connection. Works on tablets, smartphones and TVs with Android TV or Apple TV.
Recommendations are to connect to the 5GHz Wi-Fi router with an Ethernet cable and use the 5GHz band on the mobile phone, but do not stray too far from the router for better performance.
The Steam Link app is available for Android and iOS and the download is free. M. F.
