Musk: "It's crazy to buy another car besides a Tesla"

Tesla CEO Elon Musk presented the company's plans to turn its electric cars into stand-alone taxis, effectively rivaling services offered by companies such as Tesla and Lyft. More than a new service, Musk wanted to point out the future of the company.
"The main message that customers should realize today is that it's financially crazy to buy [another car] in addition to a Tesla. In three years it will be like having a horse. I mean, it's okay to have a horse. But you should buy it with that expectation, "Musk said. "People should think about their purchases ... basically it's crazy to buy another car besides a Tesla."
Musk explained that the autonomous driving technology integrated into the Tesla cars will allow the drivers to activate the vehicles to serve as taxis in the off hours, earning money when they are not used. Miguel Dias
