O Apple Watch vai ajudá-lo a dormir melhorApple Watch will help you sleep better

Bloomberg is moving forward with the news that Apple is testing a sensor intended to gather information on the sleep quality of Apple Watch users. This is intended to be included in the 2020 edition of Apple Watch.
Although some applications have the ability to analyze users' sleep, it is believed that Apple does not include this option natively in Apple Watch because the battery does not provide sufficient autonomy. However, it is hoped that increasing battery life and battery autonomy will give Apple the confidence to integrate this option.
If at first Apple positioned its smart watch as a fitness and exercise device, in recent times has sought to turn Apple Watch into a watch that can monitor the health of users. Miguel Dias
