Flickr: Photos above free limit begin to be deleted this Tuesday

If you use Flickr to store photos, it may be time to review your account. This Tuesday, February 5, the platform will begin deleting all images saved above the maximum limit allowed to users who do not subscribe to a premium mode. Speaking of numbers, this means that all images stored beyond the thousandth unit will be permanently deleted.
Please note that there are exceptions for photos licensed under Creative Commons principles, but although these images are safe, you will not be able to upload new photos until your account has less than 1,000 saved units. To save more than 1,000 images, you will have to pay a subscription, which costs 5.99 euros per month.
If you are not in the process of subscribing to a plan, be aware that the easiest way to safeguard the existence of these photographs is to download them to your computer.
This condition to the free use of Flickr is an imposition of the new management of the company, which is now owned by Samsung. Previously it belonged to Yahoo and provided 1TB of space to all free users, who had, by contrast, to watch some ads. Sapo
