Maps will receive one of Waze's main options

If Maps was abandoned in favor of Waze, it is likely that it was conquered by warnings that can be left by users of the app, pointing to traffic, accidents or other problems on the way.
Well, it looks like Google is testing the same functionality on Maps. This is what points to an image shared by a user of Reddit, noting the introduction of a new icon represented by a '+'. For now it seems only possible to leave a notification of an accident or a speed camera, and there are likely to be more types of warnings.
Note that the fact that Google is testing this feature does not mean that it will officially launch for Maps users. It will therefore be a matter of waiting for news from Google itself. Miguel Dias
