Edge Now Supports Picture in Picture Mode for iOS Devices

If you do not know what Microsoft Edge is, that does not come as a surprise. Microsoft Edge is a web browser developed by Microsoft. More famously recognized as the browser used to download Google Chrome.
But Microsoft has recently been trying to fix that reputation by rolling out multiple features and updates for Microsoft Edge. Just a month ago Microsoft announced that they were shifting to the open-source Chromium platform, the same platform that powers Google's Chrome browser.
Microsoft Edge IOS version
Microsoft Edge was released to iOS at the end of 2017. It was created for iOS so it creates a continuous browsing experience for Windows 10 users across their devices.
A year after iOS introduced Picture-in-Picture, Microsoft has finally decided to make use of it. They released an update today for their iOS app. Update version 42.9.9 now allows you to watch a video in "picture in picture" mode while browsing. Moreover, the update also allows parents to select kids-friendly news content and recommendable websites administered by MSN kids in the news feed. In addition, readability of the page will also be displayed. The readability will be based upon rating provided by NewsGuard.
You can use this new version by going to the TestFlight app on your iOS device and updating the Edge app. Umang Chauhan
