WhatsApp crashes in 2019? Not quite like this
Like many other applications, WhatsApp is constantly being upgraded and, as part of the natural course of things, no longer compatible with older operating systems. Not wanting anyone caught off guard, WhatsApp has a dedicated page where it shows users when it plans to abandon different versions of operating systems on the market.
The next system to be abandoned is the Nokia S40, already on December 31, followed by Android 2.3.7 (and earlier) and iOS 7 (and earlier) on February 1, 2020. This means that will be able to continue to use WhatsApp whenever problems occur during 2019.
However, after WhatsApp is deactivated you might want to consider the idea of buying a smartphone with the latest operating system. Failure to have an upgraded WhatsApp means that you will start having vulnerabilities in the application, which can be exploited by hackers who want access to your personal information. Miguel Dias
