Foldable smartphone of the brand could cost 2,250 euros?
The UK division of Gizmodo is advancing with information from an internal Samsung source that the manufacturer has delivered the exclusive distribution of its Galaxy Flex to the UK telecommunications company EE, for whom it acquires it with communications plan. The unlocked version of the foldable smartphone will be sold in the Samsung online store and will cost between 1,500 and 2,000 pounds (1,700-2,250 euros). The publication suggests that the smartphone can be included in the Samsung Upgrade program, which allows customers to pay 10% of the advanced value and the remainder in installments for two years. Customers can upgrade to a new phone every 12 months. The introduction of the equipment into the program would make sense because of its high cost.It is also mentioned that Samsung plans different versions of Galaxy Flex, relative to RAM and internal storage, being the top of the range which will hit the mark of 2,000 euros. When it was officially unveiled in early November, the South Korean manufacturer said the smartphone was almost ready to go into mass production and is expected to launch in the early months of 2019 in select markets. In a recent announcement, Samsung stressed that it would expect production of one million units for its debut.
