Facebook already has option to see how much time in the app per day

Facebook has finally offered its option to let users see how much time they spend per day on the mobile app. The intention had already been announced months ago but only now began to reach the users of the social network.
The option is called 'The time you spent on Facebook' and is now available to some users of the social network in Portugal.
To access, just follow these steps: 1) Open the application on the phone; 2) Open the slider menu in the upper right corner; 3) Scroll down to 'Settings and privacy' and click on this option.

Next, a chart is displayed that shows you how much time a day passes through the application, including chatting in the messaging servisse.
The results may give some users the impetus to review their habits on the internet. If so, do not worry. On the same tab is the 'Set up daily reminder' option, which allows you to set a limit to the time you spend per day on the social network. When you reach it, an alert will be sent to you.
