Google uses Artificial Intelligence to combat pedophilia on the internet
Google has announced a tool that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to look at it as a child sexual abuse. CNet tells us that this tool is able to help identify 700% more images of this type of content on the internet.
"Rapid identification of new images means that children who are now being sexually abused can most likely be identified and protected from further abuse," said engineering manager Nikola Todorovic and product manager Abhi Chaudhuri in a blog post.
This AI tool will be available free of charge to Google partners as well as to nongovernmental organizations that aim to combat child sexual abuse.
