SAMSUNG

Confirmed. Foldable brand smartphone arrives this year...Although it has confirmed the existence and proximity of its first foldable smartphone, Samsung has been relatively 'quiet' regarding the launch of the device known as 'Galaxy X'. Well, it was the own responsible for the Samsung mobile division, DJ Koh, to put an end to the uncertainty. In an interview with CNBC, Koh confirmed that the smartphone will be officially unveiled later this year, more precisely during the Samsung Developer Conference that will take place in November. In addition to confirming when the device will be shown for the first time, Koh also clarified how it will work with the smartphone."You can use most features ... when [your smartphone] is doubled. But when you need to surf [the internet] or see anything, you may need to open it. But even when it's open, what kind of benefit has it compared to a tablet? If the experience when [the device] is open is the same as a tablet, why would they buy it? Therefore, every device, every functionality, every innovation must have a message relevant to the end consumer. So when the consumer uses it they think 'wow, that's why Samsung created it,' "Koh explained.
