New App Store rules require protection of user privacy
Apple has announced new rules for all applications listed in its store, the App Store.
Under these new rules, all apps and updates should include a link to their developers' privacy policy.
As noted in 9to5mac, this rule is valid for all apps, even those that do not need to connect to the internet. Even in these cases developers should have a page with the privacy policy. This page should contain the data that the app brings together and how you use it, and the users of these apps should be given the choice whether or not to delete the same data.
The new rules will take effect from October 3.
