Preços dos flagships estão (bem) em alta e não devem baixar tão cedo
Prices of flagships are (well) up and should not go down so early

When Apple released the iPhone X many were the users who were scared by the price, but the success of the equipment showed that consumers are willing to pay (and a lot) for premium devices.Controversial aside, the apple brand's flagship has become a bigger-than-expected sales phenomenon, contributing to the technological reach of the billion-dollar mark. However, Apple is not alone in raising the price of its range tops. Technological giants like Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus and LG followed the example of the Cupertino company and also launched equipment with prices above 800 euros. In addition to using competitive prices as a basis, the introduction of ever more sophisticated elements in equipment such as double and triple cameras, increasingly powerful sensors, state-of-the-art technologies such as facial recognition and artificial intelligence combined with touches of refinement, impact on the final price of the devices.Cost, however, is not the only issue involved, as many brands try to achieve higher profits for each product sold. In part, this is justified in changing the habits of consumers who switch devices less frequently, so they opt to invest in premium smartphones.Lastly, one can not ignore the "status" factor when it comes to thinking about why a high-end smartphone costs so much.
