TechCrunch also says that Facebook is considering limiting the number of people a user can express interest in to prevent spam. And blocking a contact in the Dating section does not mean that it will get stuck on Facebook.
For obvious reasons, Dating will only work for users over the age of 18. There are no plans at this time to indicate the addition of premium features in this feature, nor any ad serving directions.
