Google Pay lets you share spending among friends
The Google Pay payment platform has been available since May not only for Android users like iOS or web browser on PC. The technology added new features to the application, highlighting the so-called peer-to-peer payments. If you were previously able to request money from a friend through the Google Pay Send app, this feature will be migrated to Google Pay, which the company says it wants to unify all transactions in a single application. In this way, you can now split the bill of payments up to five people. Imagine buying things on Amazon, adding friends' purchases that allow you to reach a value to avoid shipping, for example, and in the end, you only have to divide the values of each one and send them their payment notification.Another update on Google Pay is the introduction of the "Passes" menu (so far exclusively on Android devices) that allows you to record airline tickets, loyalty cards or gift cards, among others. Supported services are still limited, but will be introduced as agreements are finalized, already counting on companies such as Vueling or Singapore Airlines, for example.Google has also taken advantage of the new version to improve synchronization across platforms that it can use. For example, use Google Pay in the internet browser and see the change directly in the application.
