Chinese tech giant unveils robot to deliver orders

Chinese technology giant Alibaba has announced that it intends to launch a robot capable of delivering orders to the company's customers. The G Plus, as it is called, will integrate LiDAR sensors, the same ones that are used in standalone cars.
As Engadget says, the G Plus is essentially a 'safe on wheels', running at a top speed of 16km / h and avoiding obstacles to deliver the orders safely to the recipientes.
The development of these robots is being done in conjunction with Robosense, with the tests taking place right now at Alibaba headquarters. Production is expected to begin sometime in late 2018.
