Audi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo: do videojogo para a vida realAudi e-tron Vision Gran Turismo: from the video game to real life
The PlayStation series of video games, Gran Turismo, is known for its long list of car models from various manufacturers. Players have access to some eccentric models, supercars or competition variants focused on realism and immersion. To bring the partnership to the next level, a few years ago Sony created the Vision Gran Turismo program, challenging brands to create exclusive models for their video game. Original prototypes, although they do not exist in reality, have a realistic impact on the simulator. The manufacturers responded to the challenge, and the BMW M Vision Gran Turismo virtual models, the Golf GTI, the Alfa Romeo 6C Biposto or the Mercedes-Benz AMG appeared.

The interesting thing is to see that some manufacturers extrapolated this partnership and ended up manufacturing prototypes of the models built for the game. It was the case of Mercedes, but now is Audi to present in real life its conceptual Quattro e-tron Vision Gran Turismo. The electric supercar is equipped with two 200 kW engines in the rear and another in the front, adding 600 kW of power, the equivalent of 815 horses. The manufacturer says that the car can reach 0-100 km / h in just 2.4 seconds. The prototype e-tron Vision Gran Turismo is due to be shown next week in Rome, Italy, during the Formula E event, a motorsport variant organized by the FIA centered on vehicles powered exclusively by electric power.
