SpaceX lança maior satélite de sempre para marcar 50.ª missão do Falcon 9
SpaceX launches largest satellite ever to mark 50th mission of Falcon 9SpaceX has launched its longest-running satellite ever into space this Tuesday. According to CNBC, this launch marked the 50th mission of the Falcon 9 rockets. In a tweet, Elon Musk highlighted the launch of the satellite, which he said was the size of a "bus."The 30W-6 satellite was manufactured by the Spanish company Hispasat and was launched in Cape Canaveral, Florida.Usually, when SpaceX launches a satellite into space, the rocket lands on Earth for reuse. However, the company explained that it did not try it this time due to "unfavorable weather conditions".

Falcon 9 flight 50 launches tonight, carrying Hispasat for Spain. At 6 metric tons and almost the size of a city bus, it will be the largest geostationary satellite we’ve ever flown.

SpaceX said that this satellite will allow Hispasat to expand its offer in Europe and Northwest África.
Elon Musk wants to see SpaceX launch more often this year and also expand its offering after the successful launch of Falcon Heavy last month.
