Smart will also be part of the EQ electric car family that was started by Mercedes-Benz under the auspices of Daimler. In fact, they will be the first EQ models to go on sale. And to celebrate this occasion the German brand decided to introduce a special edition called Nightsky Edition. It will be available for Smart's three electric cars, which will now adopt the EQ acronym in their names.The new Smart EQ ForTwo, EQ ForTwo Cabrio and EQ ForFour show a more stylish, urban and stylized image thanks to the differentiating details provided by the Nightsky special edition. Regardless of the vehicle chosen, they all have a common denominator. They feature a body painted in black that combines very interestingly with the details in blue. A characteristic feature of EQ models.The body panels, the Tridion safety cell and the front grille are black in color. In addition, the ForTwo Cabrio also has a black hood. As standard, the three models outfit the Brabus Style package for the exterior, which features a front spoiler, new side skirts and a new rear aerofoil. All in shiny black.









The exterior rear-view carcasses were painted Pacific Blue and the two urban two-seaters fit 16-inch Brabus Monoblock VIII alloy wheels. In the passenger compartment the two-tone environment is maintained. In addition, different special elements such as the shift lever and handbrake levers, door sill plates and sport pedals come from Brabus specialists. The standard equipment is another of the most relevant features of this special edition, since it has the confort package with object holder, as well as the LED & sensor package.Leaving aside the new Smart EQ ForTwo Edition Nighsky, if we take a look at the four-seat model, it draws attention to its image that combines black as the main color with the same blue details mentioned earlier. In addition, it shares some traits with the Smart ForFour Crosstown, which gives Smart's electric car an SUV type air. It also has a complete equipment, where the Sleek Style package stands out.Over the next few days the new Smart EQ ForTwo, ForTwo Cabrio and ForFour Nightsky Edition will be on display at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show where they can be seen live. Its marketing will start from the second half of this year.
