Amazon creates bracelet to improve workers' productivity
The new bracelet-like device uses vibrations to direct the hands and fingers to an ideal working position to make some tasks, such as barcode registration, more efficient, reducing the time spent by each worker in its development. However, because it detects the exact location of the worker, because it is connected to a system that uses radio and ultrasound communications, the device raises concerns that it is used to monitor certain movements, such as breaks to the bathroom or pauses to drink water, for example. And while tracking devices are carefully described in patents as a way of collecting data for inventory rather than on employees as individuals, they have already been criticized for worker privacy.Speaking to CNN, the head of a human resources firm said that if this system were implemented, it could undermine the company's relationships with its employees, since "it can affect the anxiety, morale and general culture of work of employees ".

Also the Italian government has expressed against the device, forbidding the company to locate the workers with the equipment, defending that "the electronic bracelet is against the law", notice the World.
Amazon's working conditions have been largely questioned, with several employees having gone on strike on Black Friday, the Friday discounts, which would be a big day for Amazon.
The growing bet on robots to perform tasks hitherto performed by humans have also been a concern.
Remember that, recently, the retail company introduced Amazon Go, the first store that has no human interaction.
