AUDI

Audi HMV shows what the future truck looks like
Trucks evolve slowly, but with constancy. Unlike cars, heavy ones are changed every 5 or 10 years, maintaining their general characteristics for even longer than that. Even now, with more constant evolutions, models such as the Volkswagen Constellation have kept the same design since its launch in 2005.

But the direction of transport is changing fast with the introduction of new technologies. Trucks like Tesla Semi and Nikola Two already revolutionize truck design, which has remained very traditional for many years in the United States. But how will it be in 80 years? This is what Designer Jeremy Dodd is predicting while presenting the Audi HMV Concept, a truck designed to be a design study of the future's transportation. But it is not a model developed for Audi.In the images it is possible to see that the truck has a very futuristic air, with signage lights very modernized, cabin aerodynamic and without mirrors. Even the windshield has lights throughout its area. Will the future be like that?
