The platform's annual report shows that one of the biggest trends has been the increase in the number of women who see pornography and that the most sought-after terms are those specifically tailored to suit the tastes of users, such as "porn for women" more than 1400% over the past year.



"2017 seems to have been the year that women pushed themselves to express their desires more openly," said Dr. Laurie Betito, a sex therapist and director of the Sexual Wellness Center at Pornhub.
