Leakage of information reveals Galaxy S9 box and camera details
Despite rumors circulating about the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus, there are still few certainties about the two models of what will be Samsung's next-gen smartphone. Well, a leak of information on Reddit has revealed what appears to be the Galaxy S9 box, letting you know some really plausible details. The details in question indicate that the smartphone will have a QHD + Super AMOLED screen of 5.8 inches, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, wireless charging, iris scanner and 8MP front camera. The most special seems to be the rear camera.
This (alleged) Galaxy S9 box indicates that the smartphone will have a single 12MP sensor (such as Galaxy) with optical image stabilization and a lens aperture that can range from f / 1.5 to f / 2.4. This assuming that the Galaxy S9 will even have a traditional camera, since previous rumors realized that only the Plus version would be entitled to a dual camera. All this is just speculation but you will not have to wait much longer to know official information. Samsung has already confirmed that the Galaxy S9 will be officially shown during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, an event taking place at the end of February.
