Razer announced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) currently in Las Vegas that the smartphone is the first to be certified for Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 audio support, which is often present in cinema sound systems. Joining the support for this audio format to HDR10, the Razer Phone becomes a serious candidate to play Netflix."We are incredibly excited to deliver Netflix entertainment on a smartphone like never before, allowing you to take full advantage of the Razer Phone's HDR10 display, Dolby-optimized front dual speakers and THX-certified headphone connectivity," can be read on statement from Razer founder and CEO Min-Liang Tan, shared by the BGR.
