OnePlus 6: launch is officially scheduled for June this year
With no new smartphones to showcase at CES 2018, OnePlus headed to Las Vegas to shake hands, but with very good news for brand enthusiasts. At a press conference on Thursday, Pete Lua and Carl Pei confirmed that the new OnePlus 6 will be announced at the end of the second quarter of 2018.Although not going into many details, the CEO and co-founder of the technology further said that the equipment will integrate Qualcomm's latest and powerful processor: the new Snapdragon 845 that can also be found soon in the Samsung Galaxy S9.

For Pete Lua this choice for the Qualcomm chip is inevitable, since this is "the hardware that all consumers expect" in 2018.Remember that in the last generation, OnePlus has chosen once again to launch a mid-life update of OnePlus 5 with the introduction of the 5T variant.
