Antivírus Kaspersky acusado de ter pirateado computadores em todo o mundo
Kaspersky Anti-Virus accused of hacking computers around the world

According to unidentified official sources familiar with the matter, the program had a modification that made it possible to search for documents with the caption 'top secret' and which could contain confidential information of the American executive.According to the newspaper, its sources of information believe that this change in the program could only have been made with the knowledge of the company, Kaspersky Lab, based in Moscow, which leads them to think that the program has become a "tool" of espionage for the Russian government.Last week the Wall Street Journal reported that in 2015 Russian hackers used Kaspersky software to access the personal computer of a National Security Agency (NSA) contractor who had removed material from their computer official. But, according to the publication, the use of this antivirus has been used extensively and widespread worldwide."There is no way for Kaspersky to ignore what the program does," said one former US official who in 22015 knew how to use this program to search for US secrets. The WSJ said it was not known how many computers or civil servants could have been targeted for this type of action and what kind of information might have been hacked.According to the newspaper, Israel has warned the US of these maneuvers after its information services penetrated Kaspersky's networks in 2014.
In June, all federal agencies and services were banned from using Kaspersky programs.
