These Samsung Galaxy smartphones will receive Android 15 based One UI 7 update

With Google‘s initial developer preview of Android 15, Samsung Galaxy device owners may be naturally curious about whether their phones and tablets will be among those receiving the update. While an official list won’t be available for some time, we can make some informed predictions about device eligibility.

Google is expected to finalize Android 15 around July 2024. Samsung will then integrate its upcoming One UI 7 into the new Android version, likely taking a couple of additional months. This means there’s still a significant wait before any Galaxy devices start receiving the software update.

Though there’s not a definitive list on which device will get the update, Samsung has promised the update durations for most of its devices.
