INTEL

Arc A750 graphics card better than GeForce RTX 3060?

After a long wait, Intel announced two long-awaited Arc Alchemist family discrete graphics cards at the end of last year. We are of course talking about the Arc A750 and Arc A770 graphics cards here. The Intel Arc A750 graphics card is especially interesting, because with a recent driver update it even became better than the popular GeForce RTX 3060.

The Intel Arc A750 graphics card is based on the ACM-G10 graphics processor and has eight gigabytes of GDDR6 graphics memory. The graphics memory and core are connected via a 256-bit bus. The maximum power consumption is 225 watts, so the novelty is also suitable for more compact computer systems.

However, the recent driver update for the Intel Arc A750 graphics card surprised many. It can easily compete with the competing GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card. This is true both for playing computer games in 1080p and 1440p resolution. However, the Intel Arc A750 graphics card is a hundred percent cheaper than the GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card.

The Intel Arc A750 graphics card actually offers a better price-to-performance ratio. Recent measurements have even shown that it offers as much as 63 percent more value compared to the GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card. This is especially true when playing games with DirectX 12 support.
