Studio Buds+ headphones on the FCC database

All devices using communication technologies – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC – must be approved by the FCC before they can be sold in the USA.

The latest information shows that the Federal Communications Commission has approved the new Beats headphones. We are talking about the Studio Beats+ model, which was recently discovered in the iOS 16.4 software code.

Headphones are still to be powered by custom Beats chips, despite supporting features such as Hey Siri and the ability to locate them. In addition, their users will be able to share audio with other headphones – as in the case of AirPods – and use automatic switching between devices. You will be able to switch between ANC modes and control music from the headphones. Visually, they are similar to the currently available Studio Buds model.

At the moment, it is not known whether the headphones will replace the current model – Beats Studio Buds, or whether they will be available in parallel.
