Kingston Announces XS1000 External SSD Model

Kingston Digital has announced the XS1000 External SSD, a small and very stylish file backup solution. The XS1000 joins the XS2000 as a new member of Kingston’s external SSD product portfolio. Both drives are extremely compact for pocket-sized portability and stand out at under 29 grams.

With a read speed of up to 1,050MB/s and a large capacity of up to 2TB, Kingston XS1000 provides ample space to store countless photos, videos and files. The drive comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable and has backward compatibility for seamless connectivity with legacy devices. As small as a keychain, the XS1000 enables easy file backups to be secure and ensures constant access to important documents, precious memories and media files.
