Jennifer Garner is in a new series on Apple TV +

''The Last Thing He Said To Me'' tells the story of Hannah, a woman who forms an unexpected bond with her 16-year-old stepdaughter, Bailey, as she searches for the truth about her husband's mysterious disappearance.

The series is based on a 2021 bestselling novel and stars Jennifer Garner and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

Jennifer Garner plays the lead role of Hannah. Hannah's husband Owen, played by Coster-Waldau, goes missing and leaves a note that simply reads "Protect her," presumably in reference to his 16-year-old stepdaughter. Hannah discovers that she doesn't know her husband and sets out to find the truth.

The first two episodes are now streaming on Apple TV+. The remaining seven episodes will be released weekly every Friday through May 19. It is a one season mini-series.
